Direct Natural Burial

In recent years Direct Cremation has become an increasingly popular option for those who do not wish to attend a funeral service or who wish to keep costs to an absolute minimum.  We believe that everyone should have the option of a similar service, whilst protecting the environment and having a beautiful place to visit and remember.

Whilst the service for the Direct Natural Burial is unattended and whilst we would notify you of the natural burial ground in which the person who has died is resting, you would not be informed of the exact location of the grave, you have full access to the natural burial ground to visit and you are also able to purchase a tree and/or a plaque in our memorial area if you wish.

Everyone resting at our natural burial grounds is part of the beautiful, natural environment and is supporting nature and ensuring a wonderful legacy.  Therefore, the burial ground itself is a tribute to all those in its care.

You can arrange a Direct Natural through your funeral director or directly through The Natural Burial Company.
